Terms and conditions

1. Time of delivery


Regular delivery time is 14 working days from the day you ordered or from the day the payment was received in the case with bank transfer. You can also use Express Delivery (7 working days). We then add an extra delivery cost.


2. Confirmation


When we have received your order we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with the order details. Please keep the details in case you need to contact Customer Service regarding your purchase.


3. Payment alternatives


Instavites currently accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express and pre-pay through bank transfer.


4. Delivery and administration


A cost of delivery and administration is added per article. Your products are delivered directly to the address you specify. Large shipments need in some cases to be collected from the nearest Post Office.


5. Transport


If the goods are damaged or lost during transport, Instavites assumes the responsibility. Please note that our Customer Service needs to be notified within 14 days from when you received the goods. If the goods are damaged or lost during the return you are responsible.


6. Disclaim


In case of damaged goods you need to contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the products. The damaged goods should be returned in their original package. Please specify the cause of returning the goods in the attached form!


Attention! Prior to returning any product, Customer Service needs to be contacted to give their approval and provide necessary documents.


The responsibility of damaged goods is limited to what is stated above.


7. Return of payment


The payment can only be returned to the same credit card that was used at the time of order. Any other options are not feasible. This is to protect the credit card holder from fraud.
